Orders are sent via DHL Express. VAT is included in the product price and duties are calculated during checkout for your convenience. No additional payments will be required to have your parcel delivered. Please note, DHL Express cannot deliver to PO boxes.

- Entering an invalid address at checkout, causing your order to be sent back to us.
- Not picking up your item from the post office or courier depot, causing your order to be sent back to us.
