Pre-orders ship in the timeframe shown on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we'll hold the whole order until everything is ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place pre-orders as a separate order.

Delivery: 2 to 6 business days to most metro areas, from dispatch.
Express shipping
$8 on orders over $100 AUD, otherwise $18.
Delivery: 1 to 4 business days to most metro areas, from dispatch.

Orders are sent via NZ Post. Orders over $1,000 NZD may incur additional taxes and duties and can be subject to delays. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes.
United States

Orders are sent via USPS. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and included in the total, so no additional payment is required on delivery.

Orders are sent via Postal Service or DHL Express. Packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties on arrival. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes applied by the destination country. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs.

- the parcel wasn't collected from the post office or courier depot
