Pre-orders ship in the timeframe shown on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we'll hold the whole order until everything is ready. If you'd like in-stock items sooner, please order them separately.

Australia
Orders are delivered by Australia Post.
New Zealand
Orders are delivered by NZ Post. Orders over $1,000 NZD may incur additional taxes and duties, and may be delayed in customs. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes.
United States
Orders are delivered by USPS. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and included in the total, so no additional payment is required on delivery.
Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore & United Arab Emirates
Orders are delivered by your local postal service. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes applied by the destination country.
Rest of World
Orders are delivered by your local postal service or DHL Express. Packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties on arrival. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes applied by the destination country.

We don't currently ship to the United Kingdom.
A redelivery fee applies if your order is returned to us because:
- the shipping address entered at checkout was invalid
- the parcel wasn't collected from the post office or courier depot
- applicable duties or taxes weren't paid
