External: Cruelty-free, premium microfibre leather made from high-grade polyurethane resin and ultra fine microfibre bundles which are combined together to mimic the microscopic structure of leather. Scratch and tear resistant.

How long will it take for delivery?
We ship all orders within 3 working days from Sydney, Australia. For domestic orders we use Australia Post and for international orders we use DHL Express. How do I add symbols?
Simply add the emoji associated with the symbol, as found here: stoddity.com/symbols. We can also add the symbol after you order, just email or message us within an hour of ordering.

Can I send this as a gift?
Yes, after adding your item/s to cart, click the gift message option above the checkout button. If you add a gift message, we will remove the invoice from the parcel. If you forget to leave a gift message or just want the invoice removed, send us a message within an hour of ordering.

My name is long, will it fit?
Sometimes we can add an extra letter or two. It depends on which combination of letters you are after, as each letter is a different width. Message us to check, and if it fits, we'll add the extra letters at no cost.

Can I return my item if I change my mind?
Of course! If you change your mind, you can return your unused item for store credit within 14 days of receiving it (AU returns). For international returns please refer to our full returns policy as it varies by region.
