External: Cruelty-free, premium microfibre leather made from high-grade polyurethane resin and ultra fine microfibre bundles which are combined together to mimic the microscopic structure of leather. Scratch and tear resistant. Vegan.

• Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.
• Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces.
• Avoid contact with substances that can stain or damage the surface, including ink and dyes, oils and lotions (such as sunscreen), cosmetics, perfumes, and alcohol-based products like hand sanitiser.
• Clean gently with a damp, light-coloured, lint-free cloth using water only, and allow to dry completely before storing.
• Store in a cool, dry place in the dust bag (if provided). For extended storage, keep upright and lightly stuffed with tissue paper, away from pressure from other items.
• Avoid prolonged contact with dark materials, such as denim, which may transfer colour onto the product.
• Dark cotton/faux suede linings can transfer colour when damp or through extended rubbing against light-coloured items stored inside. We recommend a sealed pouch for liquids and light-coloured items. If the lining gets wet, empty the item and air dry away from direct heat.
• If any part of the item shows signs of wear or damage, stop using it and have it repaired promptly to avoid further damage.

How long will it take for delivery?
We ship all orders within 1-3 business days from Sydney via Australia Post and DHL Express. Transit times are noted during checkout and vary by location and service. How do I add symbols?
Simply add the emoji associated with the symbol, as found here: stoddity.com/symbols. We can also add the symbol after you order, just email or message us within an hour of ordering.

Can I send this as a gift?
Yes, after adding your item/s to cart, click the gift message option above the checkout button. If you add a gift message, we will remove the invoice from the parcel. If you forget to leave a gift message or just want the invoice removed, send us a message within an hour of ordering.

My name is long, will it fit?
Sometimes we can add an extra letter or two. It depends on which combination of letters you are after, as each letter is a different width. Message us to check, and if it fits, we'll add the extra letters at no cost.

Can I return my item if I change my mind?
Of course! If you change your mind, you can return your unused item for store credit within 14 days of receiving it (AU, NZ, UK, EU). For returns from the US and other countries, please refer to our full returns policy.
